“We, therefore, awarded a $1,350,000 contract to Buist Inc. and were very pleased with the results.  The renovations were extensive.  It involved replacement of most of our air handlers and all of our goals were accomplished.  The project was completed in a timely fashion and on budget.  Our comfort level improved greatly with very little complaints from our employees.  The new air handlers were relocated and are more accessible and easier to maintain.  The transition from old to new involved extensive down time and was accomplished in a professional manner, with very little interference with ongoing operations.  Buist incorporated assumed the bulk of the responsibility and was very conscientious.  The project required very little of my project management time. I was very pleased with, and highly recommend Buist Incorporated to anyone considering “Design-Build Turn Key” project and/or any mechanical maintenance, service, or installation project”
